Nomy Activewear Return Policy

We want you to love your Nomy pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be free of deodorant marks, stains, scents, or damage.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at mvuyog@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? Reach out within the return window, and we’ll do our best to reserve your preferred item for a smooth swap.

Please note that discounted or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
